Sensitive data entered on the purchase form is used exclusively for purposes related to site purchases. They are not resold, not used for any purpose other than to improve the temporary user experience in our blog.

At the end of the transaction, when the package arrives to the customer, the user’s data is completely removed from our database, except for the email address, which is stored and used only for our newsletters.

If the user does not want to receive our newsletters, just express his disagreement by writing an email to hello@seabirdproject.com.

ORDER PROCEDURES

The publication of the products and services displayed on the site constitutes an invitation to the user to make a purchase proposal.

The order sent by the user has the value of a purchase offer and involves the complete knowledge and full acceptance of these conditions.

Acceptance of these conditions occurs when the user concludes the transaction.

The receipt of the proposal is confirmed by an automatic reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the user when filling in the ceckout form.
Each purchase must be considered concluded only after the subsequent acceptance of the request by seabirdproject.com.
It is mandatory to check the product description before the checkout to verify that the choice is correct.
Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

 

SHIPMENTS

We use the best shipping services available in Italy by express courier.

We rely on an agency that uses the following couriers for our shipments all over the world: UPS, DHL, BARTOLINI.
Some national shipments are carried out with the Poste Italiane group.

Your purchase is entrusted to the shipping agency within 72 hours of payment.

Shipping times are strictly connected to the working times of the courier to whom the package is entrusted and the region / country of destination.
They vary from 2 to 15 working days.

COMPLAINTS

Our items and their packaging are verified before shipment.

Check the package is intact upon delivery. If you notice signs of tampering, write in the courier’s bill: accepted with reserve.

The exchange of items will be evaluated at the time of your report. The report must be sent to our email address within 48 hours of shipment arrival.

If approved, it will be made within 15 – 20 working days.

Refounds for incorrect purchases will be evaluated at the time of reporting. The notification must be made at the following address: hello@seabirdproject.com within 24 hours after notification of “correct transaction” by Pay Pal system.

Refound will be made within 15 – 20 working days.

RETURN POLICY

The return of the items for any errors in size, color, etc., by the buyer, must be requested within 72 hours from the arrival of the items at this mail: hello@seabirdproject.com.
The request will be evaluated by our staff who will respond within 48 hours of your request.

If your application is approved, the postage for returning the purchased items and possibly the new ones, are divided as follows:

Europe: the cost of returning the item to be paid by the buyer;
shipment of the new item which has been replaced, to be paid by Sea Bird Project.

International purchases: round trip to be paid by the buyer.

The only cost to be incurred for exchanging items is shipping. There are no other additional costs.
